DECAP STRIP VG
LIQUID STRIPPER
PLANT-BASED
BIOSOURCED
Guaranteed without methylene chloride, without NEP,
without NMP
without caustic soda, without formic acid
NON-FLAMMABLE BIODEGRADABLE
QUICK STRIPPING OF ALL PAINTS, RESINS, VARNISHES
ON ALL SUBSTRATES, ALL MEDIA
DESCRIPTION
Stripping techniques, chemicals, acidic, by burning, by dry pyrolysis (Dry Stripping), mechanical, by sanding, sandblasting, bead blasting, depend on the nature of the substrates, their size, their accessibility, and their possibilities to be eventually dismantled and transported to an external subcontractor.
Chemical stripping
Most components of fast-acting strippers on a wide variety of paints contain CMR (Carcinogenic Mutagenic or Reprotoxic products) such as Methylene Chloride, NMP or NEP.
DECAP STRIP VG is part of the new generation of fast-acting strippers, based on plant-based bio-sourced derivatives. It is therefore used in ecological chemical stripping operations.
DECAP STRIP VG is not classified as flammable, is easily biodegradable, is without solvent containing a PRP, and is part of the reduction of VOC emissions.
Usable on Paints or liquid coatings or powders
Natural Siccative Alkyds (glycerol)
Cellulose Polyesters
Rubbers Phenolic (resoles)
Vinyl Aminoplast
Acrylics Epoxy
Polyurethanes Polyurea
This stripper can also be used for the removal of "intelligent" photocatalytic paints and varnishes, electro-magnetic insulators, photochromes, hydrophobics with Lotus effect, technical and special varnishes for glazing.
