Some chemical agents (substances or preparations) have, in the medium or long term, carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic effects on reproduction. They are called CMRs.
It is essential to identify them, that is, to make an inventory of products used and work situations that can lead to exposure. When a CMR substance is found in the workplace, it should be removed or substituted whenever it is technically possible.
